We provides certified and skilled nursing care at home for patients who are recovering at home after being discharged from the hospital after any medical or surgical procedure or after suffering from a chronic medical condition that requires continuous and special care at home.
Nursing services could be provided for a short-term or on a long-term basis depending on the patient’s condition or medical advice of their doctor. Our male and female nurses are equipped professionally to provide medical assistance with compassion for patient comfort and their family’s peace of mind at ease of their home. We have male and female nursing staff ready to take care of your healthcare needs.
According to patients, staying at the hospital after a procedure is not an interesting choice for them and even for their families. Most patients and their families want to come out of the hospital as early as possible to return back to their homes to feel comfortable so the patient can recover quickly. If the same kind of nursing care can be made available at home, as given in the hospital, for such situations, Physioheed Healthcare provides services for general nursing care at home for a minimum of 4hrs to a maximum of 24hrs. The minimum contract we do with patients is for 15 days for the following tasks / services.
